Having successfully tackled troublesome toddlers in Little Angels, Dr. Tanya Byron and Dr. Stephen Briers devise effective techniques who are arguably the most awkward and challenging of the species - the hormone-ridden, truculent, confused human beings that are teenagers.

The two expert clinical psychologists try to help families and their teenage offspring by offering objective insights into their interactions and suggesting new, and more constructive, modes of behaviour for the whole family.
