The Investigators was a full hour adventure series dealing with the smooth, sharp-witted operators of an insurance investigation firm quartered in New York's plush East Sixties promising mystery, touched with glamour and sophistication. Weekly program regulars included James Franciscus, James Philbrook, Mary Murphy and Al Austin. Ms. Murphy played their Girl Friday and decoy for the investigators.
