The Kids From 47A was a children's comedy series which aired on ITV in the United Kingdom. Four children are left to fend for themselves when their widowed mother is rushed into hospital. She arranges for their aunt to come look after them but she never shows up. When the mother dies at the beginning of the second series the eldest child Jess becomes the mother figure to the others.
