Ralph Tanner will say anything to make himself appear to be a sophisticated, worldly-wise man, but he usually manages to end up looking like an inexperienced fool. On a flight to Spain, he meets Brian who is impressed by the other man's bragging and they set off together to conquer the world with predictably disasterous results.
