The Vise was filmed in the UK and shown in the US on ABC TV, Friday nights at 9:30 PM, EST. This anthology series was a combination of Crime, Drama and Thriller all rolled into one. The show ran from 1 October 1954 to 16 December 1955[ for 2 seasons and was hosted by Australian actor Ron Randall. It was then spun-off into a show called Mark Saber featuring a new cast and crew.
