With an ethos that no toddler is truly naughty and all Mums and Dads can learn to be good parents, Laura's warm and witty approach to dealing with both parents and their offspring is as refreshing as it is brutally honest.Each episode features three different families experiencing behavioural issues with their toddlers. Laura meets the children and the parents, observes their behaviour and identifies the underlying issues. She then teaches and implements her simple techniques to help transform the behaviour in an instant leaving the families with the tools to transform their household.

She also deals with three-year-old Ella, who has a serious aversion to the table, and any food on it, and our-year-old Vivaan, whose behaviour towards her little sister includes hitting, kicking, poking and biting.
