Tracks was a documentary series focusing on the British countryside. Each week the show went to different locations to look at different kinds of wildlife. The series was co hosted by Ray Mears throughout it's run. The second and third series was presented by Lindsay Cannon whilst the fourth series was presented by Nick Fisher.
