Veljet is a four episode mini drama series about becoming independent and mental problems during ones youth. Pyry is s 16-year-old teenager who dreams of getting out of his hometown and in to an art class in Helsinki. Pyry is very talented when it comes to art, but whats stopping him from leaving for art school is his younger brother Otto, who has attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, whom he feels responsible for. Pyry is afraid that his stressed out parents will get a divorce if he doesn't cover up a lot of Otto's messes.
