This sitcom was created by Garry Marshall, who also created the Fonz and all the other mad people in Happy Days. Who's Watching The Kids stars Scott Baio, who is Fonzie's charge in Happy Days. He teams up with precocious Melissa Turner (Tammy Lauren), and together they live a life of fun in the busy city of Las Vegas.
The pair are looked after by their elder sisters, Stacy Turner and Angie Vitola, Frankie's (Scott Baio) sister
