Contractor Chip Wade and his realtor wife, Pauli, are using their expert knowledge to help other couples learn the ins and outs of home buying and renovation. In each episode, Pauli will choose 3-4 houses that fit the criteria of their clients but will also showcase great strategies for getting an excellent deal. From a house that's been on the market too long, to one in need of an addition, or a failed builder's project half-finished, Chip and Pauli will teach their clients not to judge a book by its cover, and help them make a deal that could change their lives.

Designer/contractor Chip Wade and his realtor wife Pauli know insider strategies to find a fantastic deal on a house. They take engaged couple Connor and Katie on an adventure to find great buys most people would miss. Connor and Katie are about to get married and live together for the first time. Chip and Pauli help them buy a bargain and renovate it into the perfect place to begin married life and keep the honeymoon going.
