When Millie met Harley she already had six-month-old daughter Ophelia from a previous relationship. Now they are married, Harley wants them all to have the same surname, but Millie however is worried about Harley adopting her as Ophelia does not know yet that he isn't her dad. Deciding what to do for the best puts stress levels through the roof and sends one of the adults on a trip to hospital.

Sue's 50th birthday should signal the end of her childbearing years, but she has no menopause symptoms and a specialist says her history of multiple pregnancies could mean she stays fertile well into her sixties.
