Barra Best presents from Fermanagh where he joins a group of cavers as they get down and dirty to retrieve litter from some of the county's underground caves. Connor Phillips goes on a mission to find out if new chatty benches in east Belfast are helping to get people talking. Gyasi Sheppy is challenged to pick up the flute he hasn't played since school and join an orchestra that performs only video games music. Cate Conway finds out that Jay Millar's barbering classes are helping turn young lives around in north Belfast. 

Jo Scott dons her runners to try to keep up with Newry's answer to the Road Runner, who's been lapping people in the town for seven decades. Not to be outdone, Barra Best tries his hand at medieval sword fighting with a group on Belfast's Donegall Pass.
