Chef Tom Kerridge journeys across the heart of Spain in his bespoke vintage food truck to discover the national obsession with garlic and what it takes to produce grapes, his go-to late-night snack of choice - beginning in Cuenca, third-generation garlic producer Elena puts Tom to work on a high-tech tractor and gets him to taste the intensity of garlic fresh from the ground.

The chef's culinary road trip ends with him heading to Catalonia in his bespoke vintage food truck. On the Ebro Delta, he's set to work by rice farmer Juan, who's also Spain's Strongest Man. After learning the backbreaking efforts required to work in harmony with local birdlife, Tom travels to Lleida, the produce heartland of Catalonia, for what could be the first day of the donut peach season.
