Tom Kerridge hits the road in his 1950s food truck to discover wonderful produce, cooking with the ingredients he finds along the way.
The chef's culinary road trip ends with him heading to Catalonia in his bespoke vintage food truck. On the Ebro Delta, he's set to work by rice farmer Juan, who's also Spain's Strongest Man. After learning the backbreaking efforts required to work in harmony with local birdlife, Tom travels to Lleida, the produce heartland of Catalonia, for what could be the first day of the donut peach season.
