Having placed an ad for a neighbor of "Balzac age", Kostia does not expect to see her - a young girl who came to enter the University. Of course, all four men immediately fall in love with her. Everyone wants to attract the attention of a beauty to themselves by getting rid of competitors.The series is often called the Odessa version of "Friends".
