'1 Leicester Square' features Russell Brand as he interviews celebrity guests, has musical performances and other things. Brand, who many have said is bigger than Jesus, sits down and talks to the celebrities through every show. The show ran from April-December 2006 and was then sacked by MTV UK. Originally in 2001, it was supposed to air on MTV, but they shut down the option.

The show featured such skits as "Pimp My Application" where Russell Brand goes to improve CVs, "For Pity's Sake Help Us", where the members in the audience asks if they have any issues and they are answered by the celebrities and "The Rats", where before each commercial, two rats were given voices. Unfortunately for Brand, the show didn't last.
