The 113 responds to a museum overrun by murder hornets, while newcomer Det. Rogue Kelly investigates a series of ominous crimes of biblical proportions. Blythe and Dixie face the consequences of their brawl, and Don pays a price too. 

The 113 investigates cries in an apartment's walls and deadly beauty products. Meanwhile, Nashville's newest criminal threatens more plagues and surprises Cammie with a direct call. Don clashes with Ryan, and Blythe firmly maintains the bed divorce. 

A blinding agent strikes Nashville during a pollen storm, leaving Blythe and others critically ill. Rogue and the 113 race to find a cure and the source, while Sam and Roxie perform an emergency heart transplant. Blythe discovers Sam's secret.
