In a final attempt to salvage their relationships, each couple will participate in a couples retreat to determine whether or not they can heal old wounds. Alongside a team of professionals, they'll actively navigate issues with trust, sex, jealousy, anger, and intimacy. Explosive group therapies, intense couples' sessions, past life regressions, unique on-and-off-resort activities, and so much more ensue. At the end of the retreat, each couple must decide if they will stay together or move on, separately.
Family therapy reveals that Yara isn't the only one keeping secrets. The couples find out what Molly has been up to. Kalani's absence has Asuelu freaking out. The girls find out the truth about Kalani.
Kalani comes clean to the girls about her night off the resort. Jovi and Ed bring Asuelu to his first strip club and get Michael in trouble. Jovi's actions have Yara questioning their relationship.
Kalani tells Asuelu the truth about her night off the resort. A sunset cruise causes setbacks for multiple couples just a day before the commitment ceremony. Ed tells Yara about a text Jovi sent. A fight breaks out on the high seas.
Fallout from the strip club and the boat threatens relationships on the eve of the commitment ceremony. The final group session reveals further setbacks. The couples decide whether to recommit or separate as the retreat comes to an end.
