JB Gill takes a trip to the rolling hills of Wales, visiting a farmer reaping the rewards from a rather unusual diversification - making medicine from daffodils. And on his farm in the Cotswolds, Adam Henson works hard looking after his native pigs, who are some of the rarest breeds in the UK.

At Cannon Hall Farm, heritage and tradition are the order of the day as the farmers explore their woodland and plant new trees for future generations to enjoy.
