Eight Finns compete to see who can survive the longest alone in the wilderness of Lapland. The adventure begins in a challenging manner when an autumn storm rips apart the tent fabric.

The Inari wilderness reveals its barrenness as the competitors try to find sustenance from its autumnal nature. Water is an opportunity, but also a threat. More than one questions their chances of victory.

The cold arrives and the frost eats the fruits of the forest. The tightening conditions test the competitors' motivation and also threaten their health. The wilderness of Lapland shows who will survive - and who will have to go home.

In the solitude of the wilderness, days are not the same. With no modern conveniences, even the smallest mistake can prove dangerous.

The fight to catch the fish intensifies. The competitors brave the cold water and their fears. However, the Ahti is unpredictable - only a few get to enjoy its offerings. Will surviving alone prove overwhelming?

The first snow wraps the wilderness in its mantle and awakens the competitors to the coming of winter. One or two spend days hungry, but for some, Mother Nature gives them their food with both hands. Ingenuity rewards those who are cold.

The worst fears are everyday oats as the competition for survival in the wilderness intensifies. Who will be hooked by surprise, and who will have to raise the empty nets? There is also a strong hunger for victory in the air.

Catching fish can be expensive and the fears of the mind overwhelming. The contestants are forced to realize that things are not in their own hands. Some humble themselves before nature - and one goes to battle against it.

Alone Finland culminates in the finale. Who will win the survival competition and €20,000? The contestants, who have returned home to the middle of nature, will once again put their all on the line.
