Supported by her loving family in West Virginia, including her five siblings, devoted boyfriend, Colin, protective father, Allen, and strong and independent mother, Julie, Baylen learns to manage the complexities of Tourette and embrace life fully.
At their engagement party, Baylen and Colin finally announce they've chosen the wedding venue of their dreams but it's a decision that leaves both Julie and Allen struggling to find their place in Baylen's wedding plans.
Baylen and Colin's plan to set boundaries turns upside down when Allen pressures Colin to have a back-up plan for his new real estate career; the couple gets a harsh reality check at their first meeting with their wedding planner.
Baylen and Colin find themselves in an impossible situation with the wedding . Baylen readies herself for wedding dress shopping, but it's bittersweet without Sammie. On their drive to meet Dr. Flaherty, Colin drops a truth bomb on Baylen.
Baylen grows curious about a device for her tics but would need to leave the country to try it; a trip to the library is anything but uneventful for Baylen; Colin takes the first step in his new career and learns just how hard it can be to succeed.
The Duprees are off to London for a potential life-changing experience as Baylen will get to try a device that could reduce her tics. However, Baylen's difficulty navigating the airport and Colin's severe flight anxiety threatens the journey.
The Dupree's arrive in London! And they must quickly navigate the culture shock. On a double-decker tour bus, Baylen becomes overstimulated, and her tics escalate, causing her a lot of distress.
After dealing with escalating tics throughout London, Baylen finally gets to try a device that could help reduce her tics and possibly change her life forever. Baylen and Colin reconsider their future plans, leaving Allen and Julie stunned...
