In the Big House in Huddersfield, Clementina and her sister Martha have a £100k budget to completely renovate a five bedroom property and turn it into high-end student rental accommodation. With plenty of work needing to be done, will they pull it off? In the Little House in south-east London, Helen has £35k to turn her tiny two bed terrace into a family-sized four bed home. She hopes to sell the property once the work is completed. Using his years of experience, Aidan helps both couples spend wisely - but will they listen?
