The story follows Kuroi Mato, a young college girl seeking to connect with Yomi Takanashi, one of her classmates who unfortunately seems quite closed to others. One day, the young girl gets the chance to visit her friend and takes the opportunity to share her favorite picture book with her. It is also at Yomi's place that Kuroi meets Kagari Izuriha, a young girl in a wheelchair who is none other than Yomi's best friend. What Kuroi does not know is that there is a world parallel to his, in which the alter ego of every human being lives, and where an incessant war has been going on for a long time. In this world, her own alter ego is called Black Rock Shooter, a young woman with an eye in which burns a mysterious blue flame ... Is there a link between the inhabitants of these two worlds?
Empress wakes up in a research lab.
Norito asks Empress to bring supplies from a nearby hospital, but a Beehive lies there.
Upon saving Momiji from the Educational Institution, Empress attempts rescue of her friends.
Empress learns they've got a month until the Orbital Elevator is complete. Dead Master re-appears.
Norito asks Strength for help, but soldiers show up. Strength purges a part of herself.
Strength and Norito burst into the carrier to save Miya. They also find Lunatic.
Black Trike can't self-repair, so they go to the Peacebuilding Force Memorial Library for the parts.
Empress and the others are crossing the Iron Ocean. She notices Monica is acting strange.
Empress wakes up in Light House No. 8.
Battle continues at Light House No. 8. The colonel is attacked by Charlotte, but Empress arrives.
The colonel gets an unexpected message. Still, his plan is to destroy the Orbital Elevator.
With the battle raging on and much already destroyed, Empress vows to fight to the end.
