Paralympic superstar Bly Twomey teaches Abby the fast-paced skills of table tennis, Joel and Shini go head-to-head in an ice hockey challenge, and Joel gets behind the wheel of a supercar for the ride of a lifetime! 

Joel faces a terrifying challenge when he joins the Team GB bobsleigh team and hurtles down the track at incredible speeds! We hit the slopes to try adaptive skiing, and figure skating stars Lilah Fear and Lewis Gibson invite us onto the ice.
