In the 1980s, Ali comes from Pakistan and finds belonging in the Young Guns gang. He is drawn into a spiral of violence that ends in Norway's first gang murder.
The "Tveita gang" is growing in Oslo's slums. Sven-Eirik Utsi comes to Oslo to serve time, but finds his way into a criminal community.
In the 90s, violence becomes a service. Doormen become torpedoes, and a market for debt collection and threats grows.
With the B-gang and their rivals the Young Guns, the "gangster life" takes its place in the public eye: more money, more expensive cars and increased visibility.
The police's efforts pay off. Abbas is eventually arrested and a robbery ends with Sven-Eirik Utsi being shot and arrested.
How did it go with the gang criminals? Some are in prison, some are giving back, and some are no longer alive. At the same time, we meet young people who have taken over.
