Anthony's oldest and least responsible friend, Lulu arrives throwing the once peaceful community into chaos.

Lulu settles into her new home and job. Kate's new room-mate gets a little too close for comfort. Sam wants Fred to take a day off.

Anthony puts on a spread of deliciously spicy delights, but the meal soon descends into chaos. Fred introduces everyone to his new boyfriend, Will. Lulu and Kate have a chat. Melody reveals all about Colin and her's relationship. Anthony and Kate experiment in the bedroom.

Anthony helps Lulu to register as a Property Guardian. Kate goes on a journey of artistic self-discovery, and Sam shows Will round a flat he's interested in buying.

Tensions rise after the housemates are served with eviction notices, with Sam and Lulu trying to keep a secret, while Anthony and Kate face up to the future. Sam and an unlikely accomplice make a prank call, Fred has a decision to make, and Melody and Colin's relationship takes an unexpected turn.

Anthony and Lulu are looking for Kate, who is drowning her sorrows with Fred. Whilst with Fred, Kate receives some valuable advice from Jessica. Colin and Melody try and restore things back to normal, but Colin suffers a incident. Sam's life starts unravelling and he lashes out to those closest to him.
