At the same time, they prepare themselves for alternative careers. Marty tries his hand at stand-up comedy while Alan returns to the seedy world of Korean Karaoke.
KHBX grants Kevin the chance to pilot his own morning talk show, "Beekin and Eggs," but the team quickly learns that producing an entirely different show is no easy task.
