Christian meets Ali a man with a smoking habit experiencing lung problems and erectile dysfunction, Christian uses all his powers of persuasion to attempt to persuade Ali to make some changes. Sara pays a home visit Katherine who's retired and a passionate flamenco dancer with an injured knee. Sara offers treatment and a sympathetic ear to Katherine who says she doesn't like to bother the doctor.
