Dr. Sandra Lee, also known as Dr. Pimple Popper, is the most famous dermatological surgeon in the world and an internationally beloved personality. She has dedicated her life to sharing her incredible skills with her huge audience, as she helps hundreds of suffering patients who are unable or unwilling to find treatment for their painful, oozing cysts, fatty tumors, and infinitely complex, life-affecting dermatological issues. Now, Dr. Lee is ready to take her practice to the next level. The doctor has made modern additions to her main office which include an entire new wing of patient rooms, and many new staff and doctors. For the first time, Dr. Lee will also be providing intimate self-shot footage of her life outside the office.
Dr. Lyndsey assists Dr. Lee with Lance's notoriously big bump that halted his rap dreams. Shelby has lost control of her sweet tooth, her health, and the mystery bumps she has developed. Dr. Lee proposes a long-shot cure for Jante, who has been losing pigment in her skin as well as her confidence.

Bill's swinging arm growth prevents him from living his retirement dreams. Regina distracts from the many moles on her face with a vibrant style. Budding med student Gili helps Dr. Lee solve the mystery of Cowboy Carter's extensive rash.
Dr. Lee asks Dr. Zoe to help double-team needle-shy Mary Ann's crusty skin. Isaiah's mom is concerned he is ignoring the large, growing lump over his lower spine. Maressa worries about the dangers of treating the oozing skin covering her ankles and body.
