The show will follow the glamorous world of former TOWIE star and entrepreneur Elliott Wright, delving into his personal and business life as he runs his high end restaurant ‘Olivia's' named after his beautiful daughter, situated near Marbella – Europe's most luxurious resort.Elliott is the ultimate ‘business playa' but with this season being his first opening summer there are no more rehearsal runs. The rich and famous will be flocking to Marbella expecting perfection from the five star restaurant and luxurious champagne bar so Elliott has to deliver. With a stunning setting overlooking the beach Elliott's staff are expected to work to his high standards for quality and presentation. With Elliott demanding 110% and after sacking over 100 staff within a year, the pressure really is on.We will see Elliott as Dad to his two young children, Elliott and Olivia and get a unique first look into his relationship with stunning girlfriend Sadie. Sadie is Elliott's Princess and dream girl but how will the loved up pair cope when the heat is on and they're working together to make the restaurant a success? Does hostess Sadie have what it takes to match Elliott's work ethic or does she just want to enjoy the finer things in life on the Costa del Sol? And with Elliott needing to socialise with his clientele how will Sadie feel about his charms being worked elsewhere?
Elliott prepares for the grand opening of his new restaurant Olivia's with a lavish party, but things go less than smoothly when he is forced to sack the general manager 20 minutes before the doors open.
In the second episode, Elliott's staffing issues continue. After having sacked his GM Eoin, Elliott promotes another staff member to the role, but bad blood within the team leads to conflict. After hiring old friend Suzie against his better judgement, Elliott finds himself in a pickle with Mamma Marbella. Things are not all bad as Elliott's kids come to stay.
In the third episode, emotions run high as Elliott bids farewell to his kids. Following the restaurant's recent teething problems, there is further drama to contend with when Elliott falls out with marketing manager Georgia, and when the newly-installed and very expensive lobster tank leaks just days before the seafood bar is due to open, Elliott looks set to reach breaking point.
In this episode, Elliott goes on a road trip, leaving Jeremy in charge. There are disastrous consequences as Suzy turns up drunk, Jeremy makes drastic changes and Curtis makes a hash of things, causing the running of the restaurant to fall apart. Meanwhile, a blissfully unaware Elliott enjoys a lads' weekend in Barcelona, where he reveals to brother Eddie that he thinks Sadie is the one..
