Escape Into Night

Escape Into Night was a children's fantasy drama series adapted from Catherine Storr's novel Marianne Dreams, which featured the story of a young girl who's sketchpad drawings become reality while she sleeps.
(The book was also the basis for a later movie version called Playhouse).

The series was originally made in colour, but the original colour videotapes were wiped years ago and it now exists only as black and white telerecordings made for overseas sale.
