Britt investigates how easily a non-existent wine estate can win a medal at an official wine competition. Together with Thomas she visits one of the most famous wine fairs in Europe. Thomas sets up a competition to see whether artificial intelligence can beat the human brain. Thomas himself and Jan and Britt compete against the computer. And Britt registers on the most popular dating apps, not to look for new love, but to find out whether you are being flooded with unsolicited dick photos via those types of apps.
Jan and Thomas get on their bikes to find out what the claim is that speed pedelecs cannot be caught by speed cameras. And Britt comes up with the most outrageous consumer complaints to find out whether these types of complaints result in free products, vouchers or discounts.
This week Britt, Jan and Thomas are going to clean up trash. They want to check how bad the situation is with illegal dumping on public roads. Jan also tries to catch some illegal dumpers in the act. Britt and Thomas want to experience firsthand how difficult the job of a childcare worker is in practice. They take the place of caregivers in a daycare center for one day. And Jan wants to find out what influence the paint color of your car has on the temperature in the interior.
Thomas and Jan illegally order medicines that are only available with a doctor's prescription. How many of the pills they ordered do they actually receive and are they fake medication or are they really getting the real stuff? Britt enlists the help of her fellow fact-checkers and viewers to investigate the importance of creating a rescue lane on public roads. And together with Jan, she goes to Brussels disguised as Piet and Sint on December 6 to check whether the good saint himself also gets free goodies everywhere.
