The First Dates restaurant throws open its doors to single people looking for love.
More hopefuls enter the restaurant looking to find the perfect match. Twenty-seven-year-old yoga instructor Nicole meets Matthew, a 24-year-old mindfulness coach. While they seem like the perfect combination for love, how will Nicole, who's only ever dated older men, react to finding out that Matthew is younger than her?
A 50-year-old hairstylist meets a well-travelled nutritionist, a conspiracy theorist is matched with a science teacher and an opera singer serenades his date. A high-energy spin instructor meets a passionate PE teacher. Will sparks fly, or does fate have other plans?
Former nanny Amber wants to have beautiful babies on a farm - but it remains to be seen whether her dashing date has the film star looks she is after. Magician Clint is keen to conjure up a meaningful connection with kooky artist Sanna from Finland, while 79-year-old man about town Jan hopes to be free-spirited 74-year-old widow Chrissy's perfect leading man.
Tall and confident army sergeant Paul is paired with Natalie, a former girl band member who usually goes for a very different kind of man. Will she fall for his charm? Kerry, a forensic psychologist, is on her first date since losing her hearing five years ago. She meets Dan, a gentle police officer, who may just be the kind of man she can open up to. And 80-something Dave is still chasing love after three divorces. He hopes his enthusiasm - and his love of weightlifting - will impress elegant widow Clare.
It's a family affair at the restaurant as Fred's parents come for lunch. Twenty-six-year-old Jordan arrives for a double date with his mum Kelly. Jordan hits it off with Aimee, but will mum watching from afar throw them off? Kelly's date is with carpenter and triathlete John, while Ukrainian single mum Kateryna meets warm-hearted Peter, and sparks fly over shared values, laughter and a few heartfelt toasts in Ukrainian.
