Frances Tophill returns to Damson Farm near Bath, getting stuck into a multitude of jobs – mulching veg beds, taming a Japanese wineberry and taking holly cuttings.

As the days get shorter, Monty's on a mission to get us all out into the garden no matter what the weather is doing. He adds a splash of colour to his winter pots.

With Buster by his side, Adam Frost gets on with some winter jobs. He's got hellebores to plant, a sedum roof to repair and a nestbox that is in need of a spring clean.

Christmas is coming, and Monty and Ned are getting ready for the big day. Meanwhile, Toby Buckland takes his gardening tools over to the new garden of singer-songwriter Will Young.
