She has to choose between Faiz and Tom's idea to run a train track through the wall, Tracy and Darryll's train-tunnel chimney-breast mural or Chris and Mark's plan for a vibrant play space with oodles of storage. In Woking, Ross and Giovanna's bedroom hasn't been updated in decades and is need of a complete refit, including an entire wall of bespoke wardrobes. Three teams of builders go head to head, pricing up jobs and offering designs, and the homeowners choose which team to go with. The builders offer up three very different designs.
