In the remote woods of Sumpter, Oregon lies one of the richest gold mines in the United States that was abandoned 80 years ago when a series of tragedies gave it an infamous reputation for being haunted. Now, a new owner has decided to take on the notorious legend and reopen the mine, assembling a colorful team of miners alongside a pair of experienced paranormal investigators, in hopes of finding a fortune.
Patrick and Kristen launch into an unprecedented town-wide paranormal investigation, then Stan leaves Eddie in charge of operations when he and Kristen are summoned to check out a mysterious mine in Arizona.
At the Crescent, the men blast down the barriers in the mysterious drift and make an astonishing discovery, while Kristen and Stan confront a dark presence at the old Octave Mine in Arizona.
Realizing they've been working in the wrong direction, the miners send Patrick on a perilous mission that uncovers more clues to the mine's mysterious Masonic past and leads them closer to their big payday...and something else.
In this shocking season finale, the miners finally approach the mother lode as Patrick and Kristen reveal the final shocking pieces of the paranormal puzzle.
