Together they become a source of endless catastrophes, ridiculous situations and poignant moments, but gradually it is this motley team that begins to become a family.
Major Elizaveta Kiver becomes the head of the dilapidated Krasnovsky District Police Department, where the staff is mired in drunkenness and indifference. While investigating an absurd case of missing women and drunken antics by the operatives, Lisa brings order and gains the respect of her subordinates.
Lisa is trying to solve a series of bag-snatching thefts, and together with the hapless operatives, she sets a trap for the gangsters from the neighboring district. After a disastrous chase and a series of absurdities, the criminals are finally caught, and the department feels like a real team.
Lisa infiltrates a meatpacking plant to find the source of the alcohol that the plant's female employees are secretly consuming. The investigation leads to an unexpected scheme involving hidden alcohol in the sausage, and Lisa's relationship with Kolban begins to warm up significantly.
In the city, a notebook with two million rubles worth of debts from Barin's customers goes missing, and Kolban is suspected. The investigation leads the operatives to Barin's rival, and the chase ends with a comical fight in a bathhouse and a successful arrest.
Lisa investigates the theft of an advertising banner from Jafar's cafe and unexpectedly comes across a trail of poachers. Under the guise of customers, she and Kolban carry out a test purchase and apprehend the criminals, saving a live deer.
After the failure of Operation Weapons, Lisa must urgently show results and finds an "arsenal" among the participants of a historical reenactment. Meanwhile, the operatives arrange a lavish funeral for a fictional Interior Ministry veteran to impress the general, and accidentally find a real machine gun.
Kolban saves the suicidal Lenya and convinces him to commit a minor crime in order to "get into" prison. Meanwhile, Lisa and Yana get involved in a ridiculous revenge plot against their former boss, and personal relationships within the department become increasingly complicated.
Lisa tries to open a mysterious old safe in the office and enlists the help of a former safecracker. The night operation ends in an alarm and the arrest of her own employees, but inside the safe, they find evidence that could solve a century-old case.
While drawing up a vacation schedule, the opera arranges new problems: Maksim and Vanya lose their service pistols, buried in the forest. Trying to hide the mistake, they buy weapons from a local baron, but Lisa exposes them and arrests the dealer.

The department is at risk due to a physical training failure, and Lisa finds a creative solution and decides to win the service dog competition. Kolban interacts with the dog Tresor, who only understands German, while Maxik causes chaos with the service car to obtain a new one.
Kolban refuses to transfer the apartment to his daughter, and his ex-wife Larisa threatens to take legal action. Lisa and Maksim resolve the issue with the counterfeit truck, and Kolban gives his daughter a vacation instead of the apartment.
Recidivist Pukhov threatens Lisa, Kolban takes her under his protection, and Maksim helps his brother escape with a stolen motorcycle. In the end, Lisa and Kolban get closer, ending the karaoke with a kiss.
Maksim and Kolban go to Moscow to catch a criminal, but they are mocked by the capital's police officers. Maksim wants to transfer to Moscow. Petukhov is returned to Krasnov. Maksim is pleased with his "trophies," while Kolban reflects on the challenges of working in a provincial city.
Lisa is preparing for the arrival of the infamous Lieutenant Colonel Gaikov, while the department is busy with strange activity and the inspection of the "golden" land. The team stages a car accident and catches the gardener? the thief, successfully passing the inspection.
Lisa gets a promotion offer, and Maxik gets involved in a bet where he has to eat 25 hot peppers for money. A strange man named Oleg Sysoev takes over the department, demanding that the history textbooks be rewritten. In the chaos, Kolban saves Lisa, gets shot, and the department becomes the "Murziks," fighters with character.
