Hand aufs Herz is a German television soap opera and premiered on October 5, 2010 on the private broadcasting station Sat.1. The show focuses around a fictional high school in Cologne and tackles with the first love, first sex, big feelings, schemes and competition fights. Hand aufs Herz also introduces something completely new to the genre of a soap opera by including music and dance as one of the main elements.
