Fronted by Buyers Agent Liz O'Kane, Help me Buy a Home unpacks the unfiltered realities Irish people face in the search for a home. Following real life experiences, this series takes a raw and honest look at the emotional rollercoaster, challenges, and hard-won joys of buying a home in Ireland.
In episode one, Liz has two projects. First up are Aisling and Cian. Entrepreneur, Aisling, and her partner, Cian are first time-buyers who have been on the hunt for two years while living at her parents' house. They are keen for a place to themselves, but reluctant to leave their neighbourhood. Can Liz convince them to spread their wings beyond their beloved Palmerstown?
The second is single-mum, artist and DJ Sarah, who has been out-bid several times. Desperate to get into a forever home with her four-year-old daughter, Sarah asks Liz to work with a tight budget in the highly sought-after neighbourhood of Dublin 12.
Meanwhile Kevin and PJ attempt to get to the bottom of how to get a mortgage. They meet mortgage advisor Margaret Barrett who gives them the lowdown on whether being a "freelance creative" is a blocker to making their home owning dreams come true.
Liz O'Kane tackles a tight budget for a young mother in Cork and helps a Crumlin family out of a crowded flat share. Plus, Kevin Twomey and PJ Kirby find out the toll buying a house has on mental health.

Liz helps a former ex-pat family find beach-life bliss, and a young Spanish couple pursue sustainable city living. A rural derelict cottage provides inspiration for PJ and Kevin.
Liz faces a tough challenge in Galway for young newlyweds, while a solo-buyer and nurse seeks a place for respite in Dublin. PJ and Kevin head to Leitrim to explore a Tiny House.
