Next Episode of Hotel Impossible is
Competition is fierce in the hotel business. Online review sites can kill a business' reputation with one bad review. Staffs are untrained, surly or apathetic in a profession that lives or dies on service. So what's a struggling hotel operator to do? Bring in Anthony Melchiorri, a hotel "fixer," who can turn any establishment around in weeks ... and he does just that in Hotel Impossible.
In Soldotna, Alaska, Anthony tries to deal with a hotel owner who doesn't seem concerned about the fact that the fire department has given her multiple citations and who has lost her liquor license.
Cocca's Inn & Suites in Albany is having trouble holding onto staff, and the hot tubs in the rooms are a mess. Anthony has to deal with both problems and come up with a way to renovate a room in three days.
Anthony takes on a stubborn hotel owner in Wildwood, NJ, who insists on prorating her GM's salary even when she's in the hospital, and lets garbage build up on her property.
Anthony travels to Bayfield, WI, to help Gruenke's First Street Inn & Restaurant. The 12-room inn has a successful restaurant, but the hotel itself isn't doing so well.
