Eamonn, who gets by on four hours a night, meets a fellow insomniac and together they try to establish routines that encourage a good night's sleep. Ruth, who is prone to snore, meets a woman whose snoring is measured to be as loud as a low-flying aircraft!
Eamonn is given a new sleep programme, but will sleeping in bursts throughout the day and night work? Plus, sleep pods for napping at work, luxury hotel sleep packages and the best gadgets to make a bedroom sleep-friendly.
