I Survived a Zombie Apocalypse is a horror-themed game show set in the future after a nationwide epidemic has transformed most of the country's population into ravenous zombies. The contestants have to survive in the Monroe Shopping Village and need to work together to secure their makeshift base as they try and avoid any contact with the flesh-eaters. Anybody still "alive" after seven days is then rescued and sent to a tropical quarantine zone as a reward.
Reality game show where a group of survivors of a zombie outbreak take refuge in an abandoned shopping centre. Anyone still alive in seven days is rescued by an army helicopter.
An electrical storm late at night causes a security malfunction at the base.
As some of the group head out for supplies to repair damage, three others become trapped.
The group are gripped by fear, tension and paranoia. Three strangers enter the compound and look for help and refuge.
Five days into their ordeal, the group are growing suspicious of a recent arrival.
The group come face to face with the abomination - a ferocious and deadly freak zombie.
Just as the group are preparing to be rescued, they face their toughest challenge yet.
The rescued survivors reflect on their ordeal, looking back on the highs and lows.
