Jan faces Omae Kotaro, a hard-working, earnest chef who is out to make his hometown proud.
The finalists begin their battle in the All-Japan Chinese Chef Championship.
The judging of the noodle dishes is about to begin. Jean has "Knife-Cut Noodles," Kiriko has "Coral Noodles," and Serene has "Korean Crystal Noodles." Each dish embodies a different philosophy: "Cooking is about competition," "Cooking is about heart," and "Cooking is about richness," but what will the judges' verdict be?
Having lost the noodle dish competition, Kiriko chooses watermelon and Selene chooses papaya for the dessert battle. Faced with the two, Jean, with eyes filled with madness, chooses a pigeon. "I'll make it for you! The ultimate dessert!" The ultimate dessert appears!
