Lieutenant Colonel Aleksandra Kushnir is transferred from an office in the city to a modest office in a seaside town, where she heads up the crime investigation branch for Internal Affairs. Initially, the male officers are wary of their new female boss, however, Kushnir is good at her job, and after she successfully solves a number of serious crimes, she quickly wins the respect of her new colleagues.
