Kabushikigaisha Magi-Lumière

At an industry conference discussing strategies for dealing with supernatural phenomena, Shigemoto proposes a new system for Magilumie called the "Alice System," but it is rejected due to a lack of track record. However, Shigemoto chooses to prove his abilities by securing a new project himself. It is a great opportunity, but also a dangerous one, involving the power dynamics and machinations of the industry. Meanwhile, Koshigaya receives an unsettling proposal from a certain individual that could shake the foundations of his father's existence. Work or beliefs? With their own circumstances to consider, the team heads towards an unknown threat.

To investigate and eliminate a new type of supernatural creature, Kana and Koshigaya head to the Magic Research Institute. Guided by Deputy Director Akasaka, the two proceed to the isolation area and confront an unusual creature that defies conventional understanding. The creature possesses unique properties and is impervious to even physical attacks, leaving everyone at the scene bewildered. Furthermore, various human machinations surrounding the regulation of magical power become intertwined, making the situation increasingly tense. Eventually, the creature undergoes an unexpected transformation, further escalating the situation. The power of Majirumie is put to the test within a limited time.

Faced with a new, rampaging anomaly, the magical girls of Magilmie and Ast confront it simultaneously. With their intentions clashing, Koshigaya proposes an alliance with Tsuchiba, a magical girl from another company, but their differing stances create tension. Furthermore, the anomaly rapidly mutates under the influence of magic. A certain individual intervenes as an operator, and the battle enters a new phase. As multiple magical girls and systems clash, an all-out battle against the unknown anomaly begins.

An improvised collaboration between Magilumiere and AST engages in a do-or-die fight against the rapidly mutating Class C Kaii. Magilumiere's fluctuating defensive and offensive tactics upset conventional methods as Kana gathers real-time data during battle to take control. Through physicality, precise control, and high-level guidance, the seemingly unbalanced team devises a plan to counterattack.

Magilumiere begins recruiting engineers to promote the Alice System. Kana struggles to convey the company's appeal while overseeing the interview process. This causes unexpected personnel to assemble, bringing the team a fresh atmosphere. When securing more talent proves difficult after serious attempts to strengthen their combat potential, Magilumiere heads to Kyoto for lectures and interviews.

In Kyoto, Magilumiere meets engineer candidate Yamimori, who boasts impressive skills but struggles with cooperation. While compatibility with the team is called into question, he appears to be hiding certain feelings about his childhood friend Sakae and his personal values. Meanwhile, during a festival at Tonomori Shrine, a ritual unleashes a Kaii while an ominous shadow lurks behind the scenes.

At the Tonomori Shrine ceremony's climax, an unknown Kaii suddenly invades a barrier once believed to be safe, enveloping the area in chaos. The barrier blocks outside forces, which separates Magilumiere's team. Makino and Akasaka are forced into a struggle within the barrier while Nikoyama searches for an opening outside. With time running out, each decision will greatly influence the outcome.

After gaining the trust of his allies, Yamimori takes action to fight the rampaging Kaii inside the sealed barrier. Makino and Akasaka also rechallenge the front lines to face the now-overpowered Kaii with harmonious teamwork and quick thinking. The dire situation demonstrates the skill and trust between Magical Girls and their engineers as the team marches onward with full hearts.

The Kaii at Tonomori is revealed to be someone's act of sabotage promoting a scheme to ease magic regulations behind the scenes and manipulate public opinion. Then, the culprit emerges-someone entirely unexpected. While Yamimori becomes comfortable at Magilumiere, Kana decides to confront major industry norms and her own role in the process, sparking the onset of war on a much grander scale.

To thwart the next plan by the deregulation advocates, Magirumie embarks on an unprecedented operation: waiting for a pre-event anomaly. What soon appears is a gigantic, unknown anomaly, an abnormal being that defies conventional classifications. The anomaly's power exceeds expectations, and the magical girls struggle. On the scene, Koshigaya, Akasaka, and Makino fight back, while Futagoyama and Yamimori work in rapid coordination to analyze the situation and provide support from the command center. Faced with the anomaly's overwhelming power, the battle escalates into a fierce contest.

The fighting in Tokyo Bay intensifies, and Magiluminescence employs coordinated tactics from its magical girls to suppress the enemy. However, in the midst of this, Ast intervenes with the new magical tool "Wing," which possesses overwhelming firepower, completely changing the course of the battle. Her fighting style, based on the premise of single-handedly annihilating enemies, directly opposes Magiluminescence's collaborative tactics. As the fighting styles and ideologies of each corporation clash, and rationality and conviction collide, the battlefield takes on a meaning that goes beyond mere monster extermination.

Amidst the escalating battle, Magilmie and Ast finally decide to "collaborate." Thanks to Shigemoto's decision, Alice System's technology is fully shared with Ast, and the magical girls from both companies attempt to create a combined magic. Meanwhile, Tsuchiba nearly loses control of her magic. Each of them, with new relationships and values in their hearts, faces the battle to build the next future.
