Konstantin Krestosotsev heads a group that solves mysterious crimes. Under his command are the charming psychologist Masha and the forensic expert Morozov, a firm believer in mysticism. Well versed in esotericism and occultism, Krusosotsev is confident that cases from his practice have a rational explanation - be it the living dead or the deadly curse of a famous psychic. However, soon the hero will have to face something truly incredible.
The Crusaders are assigned to deal with a mysterious incident in the Adamovich family castle. It seems that the ancestral curse is to blame for everything: here, in every generation, someone died a terrible death, and before that, a ghost appeared to the unfortunate. And now they saw him again! Perhaps new victims will not take long to wait, especially since criminologist Alexander Morozov sees the evil spirits...
A group of friends and business colleagues were relaxing on the shore of the lake, when suddenly one of them was dragged into the water by Mavka. The comrades are convinced that it was their colleague who drowned two weeks ago. Krestonostsev considers this fiction, but Morozov, on the contrary, as always, is convinced of the opposite. He even finds a like-minded professor who involves him in an experiment to revive a drowned man...
