Rebecca Charlton presents highlights of stage 18 of the Grand Tour race, a 32.1km individual time-trial from the coastal city of El Puerto de Santa Maria to Jerez de la Frontera. Slovenian Tadej Pogacar triumphed in the only other time-trial on this year's Tour, which served as the first stage in Monaco.

While this stage started off on relatively flat terrain it certainly didn't stay that way, with three ascents and one descent, before it climaxed with one long, final ascent to Peñas Blancas.

Rebecca Charlton presents highlights of stage 20 of the Grand Tour race, a 186.8km route from La Calahorra to Collado del Alguacil. The penultimate day of the Tour was scheduled to be a punishing one as the peloton faced an arduous mountain stage, which included a final climb up the Collado del Alguacil that featured an 8.3km ascent at an inclination of 9.8 per cent.
