Living Wild: How to Change Your Life

Sophie meets a Nottinghamshire shepherd who lives outdoors with a flock of rare breed sheep, a couple who quit corporate jobs to devote their lives to paragliding, a farming family that are learning to become completely self-sufficient, and a travelling pianist.

Sophie travels from one end of the UK to the other, starting in Cornwall and ending in the Hebrides. Along the way, she meets a couple who live on a sailing yacht, edible flower farm business in Sussex, a floating salon on a barge, a couple running a charcoal burning business that allows them to live on agricultural land in Devon, and a family whose home in completely off the grid.
