Eighteen-year-old Lu Ming Fei pretends to be a college student. His life changes dramatically when he receives an acceptance letter from the prestigious University of Kassel. Surrounded by atypical classmates and strange teachers, he will soon have to kill a dragon.
With Lu Mingze's help, Lu Mingfei wins the card game and finds the Dragon Emperor Fenrir, only to be invited to watch TV together. Soon after, Chu Zihang arrives. He uses Blood Rage for a second time and teams up with Xia Mi to severely injure the Dragon Emperor, but something unexpected occurs.
The subway tunnel collapses, and the Wind Devils invade the building. Caesar leads the hybrids into a fierce battle. Meanwhile, in the tunnel, the dying Chu Zihang burns through all his blood, unleashing Blood Rage for a third time to fight Jörmungandr. Lu Mingze reappears to tempt Lu Mingfei.
Fenrir consumes Jörmungandr and unleashes an apocalyptic Yanling, drawing countless Wind Devils to sacrifice themselves. Caesar uses Blood Rage and upgrades his Yanling to fight the Wind Devils. Chu Zihang uses his last ounce of strength to send Lu Mingfei away, and heads back into a battle to the death. Lu Mingfei once again stands at the crossroads of choice.
