In this episode, Amelie and her guests - Haley Caddes & Jaci Marie Smith - will discuss how to be a supportive partner while your significant other is going through a mental health crisis. Along the same lines, how can your partner assist you if you're struggling with your own mental health? Through a deep dive into all things mental health, this episode will normalize the conversation around therapy and give lessons for dating when you're feeling anxious or depressed.

Add social media into the mix and a constant dose of body image scrutiny, and you've got a recipe for insecurity. How can you transcend the myth of "perfectionism" and develop a healthy body image?
